lol what a loser. youre not supposed to "lock the heat in" your supposed to allow air to flow through there, and not lay the pieces of wood directly on top of each other cuzz there wont be air flow... im a 15 year old girl and i know how to make fires better than this guy.

this is a prety disapionting video, starting fires are extremely easy, and this is not a very good method.... it also seemed very odd how the flames started up like that...ever placed fire next to a large piece of wood?...it takes ages to light... but this one goes strate up...not convinced, best way is simple old flint, very dry old twigs, then build it up larger to a final nice fire.

That doesn't work at all. We don't see what happened in between the time the soft wood was lit till the time wthe blazing fire began. This doesn't work at all

the best way to start a fire is with a blowtorch,, you dont need kindling..
