@anxresi It's the power of the Mask, in the comics is never really explained but apparently the surreal episodes that the Mask creates, like the whole dance scene, are completely "normal" to the average person. Meaning they never question the bizarre scenarios or they never feel out of place. So when the Mask acts like a cartoon, we (that is normal people not wearing the mask) wouldn't find that out of the ordinary.
