I just had some sauteed shimeji mushrooms... they were surprisingly tasteless, some garlic and Worcestershire sauce helped.

Nice tips I picked up... I also like the darker miso. It's all good except for the fish (I am vegan), and I will try with mushrooms! They look delicious.
